摘要
作者报告了３３例臂丛神经鞘瘤的临床与病理所见，术后组织学检查确诊者３０例，占９０．９１％。３例术前未能明确诊断，占９．０９％。３３例均行手术切除。术后２周内手麻痛者１８例，占５４．５５％。１６例术后随访３个月，叩击切口处手麻者１４例，占８７．５％。本组３３例无臂丛神经损伤并发症。
Abstract Clinical and pathological findings in 33 cases ofbrachial plexus neurinoma are reported.In 30 cases(90.91%)the diagnosis was proved to be correct bypostoperative histological sections,and in other 3 cases(9.09%)the diagnosis couldn’t be made preoperative-ly. The 33 cases were subjected to surgical resectionsand 18(54.55%)of them still felt numbness and painwithin two weeks after surgery.Sixteen cases werefollowed up for three months and 14(87.5%)of themfelt numbness by percussion over the incision. All the33 cases had no brachial plexus traumatic complicationpostoperatively.
