摘要
作者观察了体外培养条件下卡介苗(BCG)对膀胱癌细胞株EJ的粘附作用及纤粘连蛋白(FN)对BCG粘附作用的影响。结果表明BCG对EJ细胞株具有较强的粘附作用,最大粘附率出现于培养后第48小时;纤粘连蛋白可促进BCG的粘附,将最大粘附率从61.24%提高至74.22%。BCG与FN对癌细胞的增殖速率均无影响。本实验未见BCG对EJ细胞株培养上清液中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的生物学活性有调节作用。
AbstractIn order to elucidate the mechanisms of antitumorefforts of bacillus Calmette-Guerin(BCG),the effectsof attachment of BCG to bladder carcinoma cell line EJand the role of fibronectin in the in vitro experimentwere studied.At the same time,the IL-6 biologicalactivitv in the medium of EJ cells was determined andthe IL-6 biological activity in presence of BCG com-pared.The results indicated that BCG attached strong-ly to EJ cells,and the maximal attachment to the cellswith BCG occurred 48 hours after culture,Fibronectincould significantly increase the attachment and not ac-celerate the proliferation of EJ cells. In the presence offibronectin-conditioned medium,the maximal percent-age of the tumor cells with attached BCG was 74. 22%. Under this condition of experiment,there wasIL-6 biological activity in the medium of EJ cells.Thetreatment of EJ cells with BCG did not regulate the ex-pression of IL-6.
