摘要
介绍应用自行研制的微型外固定器治疗第1掌骨基底部骨折17例。该固定器由带连接轴的螺杆、弧形板、针应、半螺纹骨外组成。手术方法:在骨折近、远端骨于或骨头上,分别在间距10mm处各钻入2枚半螺纹骨针,穿过对侧骨皮质后将针尾穿入骨针基座固定于弧形板,W过连接轴调节骨折端对拉。平均固定时间41.3天,平均随访9.3个月,拇指功能与健例相比,恢复85%以上12例;77%~84%4例,差1例。此固定器使用方便、稳定性好,固定范围只限于骨折局部,不影响相邻关节的活动。
An external fixator was designed to treat hasal ftacture of the first metacarpal. The fixator iscomposed of threaded connecting rod with adjustable joint, curved planes, pin nuts and semi-threaded pins.It was used in 17 patients.Surgical technique: two semi--threaded pins was put into the proximal anddietal part of the fracture respectively'The tails of the pins was immobilized by a curved plane.Theconnecting rod was adjusted to reduce the fracture. The average fixation time was 41.3 days. The average' follow-up time was 9. 3 months. The function of the thumb restored to 85% of the healthy side in12 cases, 77%- 84% in 4 cases.' The function was POOr in one case. This fixator is convenient andfirm. The fixation i3 limited to the location of the fracture without impairment of movement of the adjacent joints.
