CSH、SOD和ATP-MgCl_2对静脉皮瓣成活的影响

摘要 在兔胸腹部以胸腹壁静脉为轴形成4cm×6cm的静脉皮瓣。经静脉注射GSH,SOD,ATP-Mg-Cl_2,分别观察这三种药物对静脉皮瓣成活的影响。结果表明这三种药物使用后静脉皮瓣成活面积百分率分别为:GSH组86.56%、SOD组85.52%、ATP-mgcl2组76.25%,均显著高于对照组68.75%。文中对这三种药物提高静脉皮瓣成活面积的机制进行了探讨。 Oxygen radicals and energy supply are important factors affecting flap survival. To investigate the effect of free radical scavengers (GSH, SOD) and ATP-MgCl2 on venous flap survival, an experimental study was designed. Four 4X6 cm venous flaps along the axis of the thoracoepigastric veins in each rabbit were elevated. GSH, SOD and ATP-MgCl2 were administered intravenously in the postoperative period, and survival sizes of venous flaps were measured at 2 weeks. GSH, SOD and ATP-MgCl2 showed mean flap survival rates of 76% to 87% each of which was significantly improved over saline control (68.75%, P < 0. 01) The mechanisms are discussed.
