摘要
斜坡脊索瘤在颅内肿瘤中比较少见，由于肿瘤位于颅底深部，靠近脑干、各组颅神经及椎基底动脉等颅内重要结构，因此手术入路深，切除困难，手术危险性大，死亡率高。我们重点讨论斜坡脊索瘤的临床特点、诊断，及手术治疗方案。
Abstract Clival chordoma is rarelv seen in intracranial tumors and located deeply in the skull base and close to the. brain stem, Cranial nerves and important arteries. The operative approach and tumor resection were very difficuly. The operative mortality is very high. In this paper, the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and operative techniques were discussed.
