摘要
用湿热灭菌法和干热灭菌法测定新癀片半成品中5种污染霉菌孢子的热致死温时,结果表明短柄曲霉(Aspergillus brevipes)8 201菌株的耐热性最强。以湿热法和干热法灭菌的热致死温时分别为60℃/30min和80℃/100min,通过加热灭菌效果的统计学推算,建立新癀片的科学灭菌方法。
Thermal death point (TDP) and time (TDT) to the spores of five fungal species isolated from half-finished product of Xin Huang Pian, a Chinese traditional drug, were examined by dry heat method and moist heat method. The results showed that Aspergillus brevipes 8 201 was most resistant to thermal treatment: TDP value by moist heat and TDT value by dry heat were 60℃/30 min and 80℃/100min respectively. The efficient sterilization method for Xin Huang pian was established after analysis of sterilisation efficiency. Asp.brevipes was proposed as test organism for sterilization control.
