摘要
用电化学综合测试仪调控电位,研究了棕色固氮菌整体细胞氧化还原性质。结果表明:电处理的菌体电位在-800 mV~+500 mV(相对于饱和甘汞电极电位)之内,菌体的固氮活力均高于未处理的细胞,其中在-400 mV 和-600 mV 处理的,其同氮活力分别增高78%和70%。用控电位法测定了棕色固氮菌整体细胞活性氧化还原电位为 E′_AOR=-645mV和E″_AOR=+566 mV。
The redox properties of Azotobacter vinelandii whole cell have been studied with electrochemical comprehensive detector,The relative nitro enase activities of bacterial cell with potential treatments between -800 mV and +500 mV (VS.S.C.E. ) were all higher than that of control.Relative in crgeasing nitrogenase activity of 78% and 70% were obtained from bacterial cells with potential treatments of -400 mV and -600 mV respectively.The active redox potentials determined on whole cells were E'λOR=-645 mV and E''AOR=+500mV (VS.S.C.E. ).
