摘要
报道了以呋喃和顺丁烯二酸酐为原料,主要通过Diels-Alder反应合成蒽环酮2-乙酰基-5,12-二乙酰氧基-1,2,3,4-四氢-6,11-并四苯醌的路线,总产率达15%左右。用红外光谱,~1H核磁共振谱和质谱表征合成产物。
This paper reported the synthesis of anthracyclinone 2-acetyl-5 12-diacetoxy-l,2,3,4-tetrahydro-6,11-naphthacenequinone mainly by the Diels-Alder reaction with an overall yield of 15%, starting from furan and maleic anhydride. The structure of the products were characterised by IR,'HNMR and MS.
