摘要
应用光电流谱和电化学光电容谱技术研究n-CdS多晶半导体在TMPD^(1+/0)乙腈溶液和Fe(CN)_6^(3-)/Fe(CN)_6^(4-)水溶液中的光电化学行为。在TMPD^(1+)/0乙腈溶液中,CdS的光电流谱除了出现基本吸收谱带外,还具有分立亚带光电流谱带,该不寻常的谱带可通过表面态实现双亚带光子激发两步跃迁机理产生亚光带光电流解析。电化学光电容谱证实了施主表面态的存在。
The Photoeletrochemical behavior of n-CdS polycrystal semiconductor (ND=1×1017cm-2) in both acetoaitrilc solution containing N, N, N', N'-tetramethyl-p-phenylenediamine (TMPD) and ferricyanide / ferrocyanide aqueous solution has been studied using the photocurrent spectroscopy and the electrochemical photocapacitance spectroscopy. The results showed that n-CdS electrode in acetonitrile solution containing TMPD1+/O had an anomalous photocurrent spectrum in which isolated photocurrent band at-l.85 eV effected by subband gap light was observed. The mechanism of double-subband gap photon exited electron dual-step transition through donor surface states is proposed to explain this characteristic of the photocurrent spectrum. Furthermore, the donor surface states of n-CdS electrode around 1.85eV was detected via the electrochemical photocapacitance spectrum.
