摘要
用奥曲肽（ｓａｎｄｏｓｔａｔｉｎ）治疗５例活动性肢端肥大症，疗程６个月．奥曲肽剂量４５０～１５００μｇ／日，分次皮下注射。治疗后头痛、软组织肿胀等症状明显减轻。４例病人血清ＧＨ水平平均下降５０％以上，１例无下降。４例垂体瘤体积稍缩小。治疗后糖尿病好转１例，１例出现糖耐量异常。另１例出现胆囊结石，停药１年后随诊，胆结石消失。结果提示奥曲肽能有效地降低血清ＧＨ水平，改善临床症状。对药物的副作用应作进一步观察。
Five patients with active
acromegaly were treated with Octreotide(sandostatin)for 6 months. The dosage of Octreolide
was450 μg to 1500 μg daily and it was given subcutaneouly every 8 hours. After treatment
the symptoms of headache and soft tissue swelling were improved.The mean serum GH level
was reduced by more than 50% in 4 patients and remained unchanged in 1.Slight shrinkage of
the pituitary GH-secreting tumor was found in 4 patients. Diabetes was improved in 1
patients,while glucose in-tolerancc occurred in 1 case. One patient developed gallbladder
stone during treatment.but it disappeared spontaneously 1 year af-ter withdrawing Octreotide.
The results suggest that Octreotide might be effective in reduction of serum GH, but the side
effects ofthe drug should be studied further.
