摘要
１９８５年以来诊治精囊囊肿７例。自１９５６年至今国内文献共报告３７例。Ｂ超和ＣＴ对本病诊断有重要意义，但精道造影尤为重要。治疗方法取决于囊肿大小、临床症状和患者年龄。结合文献对本病的发病机理，临床表现，诊断与治疗进行讨论。
cases of seminal vesical cyst have been met with since 1985.B-ultrasonography,CT and especially vesiculography were essential for the diagnosis of seminal vesical cyst.A total of 37 cases have been reported in the Chinese literature.Treatment depends on the size of the cyst,the symptoms and the age of the patient.The pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of seminal vesical cyst were discussed.
