摘要
报告１６例肾盂输尿管肿瘤的ＣＴ诊断经验。与术后病理对照，肾盂肿瘤１３例诊断准确率９２．３％，输尿管肿瘤３例，确诊２例，误诊１例。ＣＴ分期与病理对照准确率８５．７％。术前ＣＴ检查不但有助于对肾盂输尿管肿瘤做出正确的诊断，而且ＣＴ术前分期有助于选择治疗方案和评价预后。
CT diagnosis and staging of carcinoma of the renal pelvis and ureter were evaluate in 16 cases.The CT diagnosis of carcinoma of renal pelvis was conirmed on pathological study in 13(92.3%).With carcinoma of the ureter,the CT diagnosis was accurate in 2 and misdiagnosed in the other.The CT staging has been accurate in 85.7%.CT scanning has been very helpful for the diagnosis and staging of careinoma of the renal pelvis and ureter as well as for the evaluation,scheming of treatment and the prognosis of the patient.
