摘要
自１９８５年１月至１９９４年８月，采用选择性肾动脉栓塞术治疗肾损伤、肾错构瘤破裂和肾穿刺活检引起的重度肾出血１５例，均获得满意效果。远期随访１０例，平均随访３８．３个月，肾功能和血压均正常。选择性肾动脉栓塞术对肾外伤出血是一种安全可靠和恰当的治疗方法，可最大限度地保留肾实质与肾功能。
From Jan.1985 to Aug.1994,selective renal artery embolization was carried out in 15 patients for the treatment of kidney bleeding due to trauma,percutaneous needle biopsy or rupture of a renal angioleiomyolipoma.Excellent hemostasis was achieved in all.10 patients have been followed up for an average of 38.3 months with normal blood pressure and renal function.Selective renal artery embolization is safe and reliable,being an adequate treatment for traumatic renal bleeding with maximal preservation of renal tissue and function.
