摘要
雌亚洲玉米螟Ostrinia furnacalis仅在黑暗期产生性信息素,性信息素的产生?脑中一种活性因子的控制,光照期、黑暗期的雌蛾脑匀浆液都有这种活性因子存在,但黑暗期脑匀浆活性较高,雄蛾脑匀浆液也有这种活性,雌大蜡螟Galleria mellonella脑匀浆液也对亚洲玉米螟雌蛾有刺激活性,保幼激素类似物ZR-512对亚洲玉米螟性信息素的产生即无刺激作用也无抑制作用。切断腹部末端神经亦不影响脑因子促使性信息素的产生和释放。
The female Asiatic corn borer(Ostrinia furnacalis Gueaeerpro duces sex pheromone during scotophase only. The production is controlled by an active factor existing in the brain of the female. The female decapitated during photophase fails to produce sex pheromone but regains such power when the brain homogenate of the fema'e in scotophase is injected into the abdomen. This activity can be found in the brain homogenate of the female both in, pho tophase and in scotophase, only the latter's is higher.It also exists in the brain homogenate of the male Asiatic corn bater and Gallsria mellonella, Juvenuile hormone analogue, ZR-512, can neither stimulate nor restrain the production of sex pheromone of the Asiatic corn borer. The disconnection of the iasi ganglion from the ventral nerve cord shows no improd on the production and release of sex pheromone resulted in by the brian factor,either.
