摘要
根据比耳-兰伯特定律,以二元体系为例,推导出了不需纯样作标样的组分含量的算式,C_1=A_1/A′_1(1-A_2/A′_2)/((A_1/A′_1)-(A_2/A′_2)),C′_1=(1-(A_2/A′_2))/(A_1/A′_1-(A_2/A′_2)),应用数学分析方法导出了误差计算式,dC_1=dK[((C_1/C′_1)+(C_2/C′_2))-1]/│(C_1/C′_1)-(C_2/C′_2)],dC′_1=dK/│(C_1/C′_1)-(C_2/C′_2│,对方法的误差来源进行了深入的分析.以苯乙醇和醋酸乙酯混合物组分含量的测定为实例,简要介绍了本方法在FT-IR光谱定量分析中的应用。
Taking the binary system as example, formula of calculating concentrations of components from the measured absorbance without the use of pure samples for calibration were presented on the base of Beer-Lambert law, The error formula was derived from mathematical analysis, ,and the error sources were investigatedin detail. Using this method, the component concentrations of phenylethanol and ethyl acetate mixtures were determined. Application of the method to quantitative analysis by FT-IR spectroscopy was briefly discussed,
