前列腺素E_1控制性降压对肝、肾、脑血流量的影响 被引量:3

Effects of prostaglandin E_1-induced hypotension on cerebral,hepatic and renal blood flows

摘要 研究了前列腺素E1控制性降压对肝、肾、脑血流量的影响。杂种犬16只,随机分为前列腺素E1组和对照组,输注前列腺素E1使平均动脉压下降30%~40%,维持30分钟,分别于降压前、降压后15分。30分及停止降压后15分钟测定肝、肾、颈内动脉血流量。结果表明控制胜降压期间右侧颈内动脉血流量、肝固有动脉血流量、肾动脉血流量均无显著变化,门静脉血流量显著降低,停止降压后15分钟门静脉血流量恢复降压前水平。 This experimental study was to investigate the effects of prostaglandin E1-induced hypotension(PIH) on the blood flows of vital organs. Sixteen dogs were randomly divided into two groups. Tile Intravenous Infusion of prostaglandin E1(PGE1 ) was given in group Ⅰ to md uce and maintain the status of controlled hypotension. and the subjects in group Ⅱ received Intravenous infusion of normal saline as control. During the hypotension, mean arterial Pressure decreased by 30-10 %. and was kept at this level tor 30 mins. The electromagnetic flowmeter was applied to measuring the flows of renal artery(RAF), internal carotid arlcry (ICAF) .and hepatic artery and portal vein (HAF, HPVF). before hypotension. 15 and 30 mins following hypotension. and 15 mins after with- drawal of the infusion of PGE1,respectivcly. The results showed that the above blood flows and hemodynamic values kept stable in group Ⅱ during the whole procedures (P>0. 05 ). As compared with the control and bascllne levels. the HR, ICAF. RAF and HAF In group Ⅰ remained st;ltistically unchaged (P>0. 05 ),and the PVF decreased markedly' during hypotension (P<0.05). but did not differ significantly 15 mins after withdrawal of PGE1(P>0. 05).in group Ⅰ. In conclusion,during PIH cerebral and renal blood flows may not be affected,but hepatic blood flow can be descended because of the decrese of PVF.which indicates the bloocl flows of intestine and spleen to reduce.
