摘要
研究失血性休克再灌注大鼠胃粘膜损伤指数,组织 PGE2、 PGI2( 6-keto-PGF1a示) TXA2(TXB2示)含量,6-keto-PGF1a/TXB2比值及丹参提取物 F对上述各值的影响。结果显示,再灌注后胃粘膜有明显的出血性损伤,组织PGE2、6-keto-PGF1a含量明显下降,TXB2含量明显增加,6-keto-PGF1a/TXB2比值明显降低,单纯失血性休克组未见上述损伤;丹参提取物F能明显降低胃粘膜损伤指数,且与组织PGE2含量6-keto-PG1a/TXB2比值的增加呈负相关。
To evaluate the influences of reperfusion on the prostaglandins contents in gastric mucosa and the effects of DSEF on them, thirty-seven rats were randomly divided into four groups: group A undergoing all procedures but hemorrhagic shock Fgroup B.C and D suffering from hemorrhagic shock for 20 minutes,additionally,group C and D after hemorrhagic shock,individually receiving intravenous infusion with blood and either saline or DSEF 10g.100g-1 in 20 minutes. After the required procedure being completed, the gastric mucosa samples were taken to measure the contents of PGE2, 6-keto-PGF1a(6-k) and TXB2 by radioimmunoassay,the index of gastric mucosal lesion (IGML) was calculated: IGML= the ratio of lesion area/total area. The results showed that IGMLs were 0 %. 23. 18 % and 4.42 % separately in group B.C.and D. As compared with those in group A,the levels of PGE2. 6-k and 6k/TXB2 ratio decreased significantly,but the content of TXB2 increased markedly in group C(P<0. 01 ). In comparsion with those in group C, the levels of PGE2, 6-k and 6-k/TXB2 ratio rose obviously,while the content of TXB2 reduced dramatically in group D (P<0. 01 ), IGML was negtively correlated indvidully with the level of PGE2,or 6-k/TXB2 ratio (P<0. 01 ). It is considered that the gastric mucosal lesion caused by the reperfusion may by in close contact with the changes of the local prostaglandin contens, and DSEF can inhibit the changes to protect gastric musosa from reperfusion impairment.
