摘要
讨论了晶粒细化、热处理制度、合金元素及稀土添加剂对6063铝合金导热性能的影响,在分析实验数据的基础上,阐述了各影响因素的作用机制。结果表明良好的铸态组织、适宜的时效制度、合理的合金元素配比与适量稀土处理剂均能不同程度的提高材料的导热系数。
The effects of crystal grain size, heat treatment of 6063 Al alloy, alloy element and additive of rare earth element were discussed. On the base of analysis of the experimental data, the function mechanism of influential factors was proposed. The results show that the desired casting structure, the optimal aging system, the reasonable material ration of alloy element and the suitable rare earth element, all can differential improve the coefficient of heat conductivity of the material.
