摘要
在分析近似单组份织构对板材各向异性影响时,常用单晶近似Schmid因子法作理论工具[1,2]。但在求解满足单组份织构条件和平行拉伸方向的晶粒晶向指数时,发现其晶向指数具有双解。据此,提出了采用双晶近似的Schmid因子法(GY法)进行修正。用两种Schmid因子法分别分析了具有近似单组份织构的AlMgMnScZr合金板材σs各向异性特征。结果表明,对单晶近似Schmid因子法作修正是有意义的。
Single crystal Schmid factor approximation used to be a theoretical method dealing with the influence of single component texture on material sheet anisotropy. What the orientation index had two values was found when the author solved the value of orientation index with single component texture and parallel tension direction. A amendment called bicrystal Schmid factor approximation was adopt. Theσs anisotropy of Al-Mg-Mn-Sc-Zr alloy with approximate single component texture was studied by two kinds of Schmid factor approximations. The results show that the amendment for single crystal Schmid factor approximation is meaningful.
