摘要
为进一步了解牙菌斑形成的机理,本实验比较了含Ⅰ、Ⅱ型菌毛的口腔粘性放线菌T_(14V)的3种突变株147(1 ̄-/2 ̄-)、5519(1 ̄+/2 ̄-)和5951(1 ̄-/2 ̄+),吸附于玻璃管壁的能力以及与变链菌In-gbritte、远缘链球菌6715、血链菌34、血链菌blackbova发生共凝集反应的不同结果。并对3种突变株胞壁化学成分进行分析,显示细菌表面的特异性菌毛及疏水性大小对其吸附、凝集产生影响。
AbstractThree mutans of Actionmyces viscous T_(14v) lackingtypel (5951) , type 2 (5519) and both types of fimbriae( 147) were selected in this study. We compared the a-bility of their adsorption to the testtube wall, the resultof the cellular coaggregation between these mutantstrains and Streptococcus sanguis 34, Streptococcus sanguis black bova , Streptococcus mutans ingbritte, Streptococcus sobrinus 6715 and analysed the chemical char-acterization of cell walls of the three mutans. We foundthat the specific fimbriae and cell hydrophobicities hadgreat effect on the bacteria adsorption or coaggregation.
