摘要
为了探索内皮素（ＥＴ）、肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ－α）在哮喘中的作用及相互关系。实验测定了哮喘豚鼠血以及肺泡灌洗液（ＢＡＬＦ）中的内皮素－１（ＥＴ－１）、ＴＮＦ－α的释放量，以及离体气道平滑肌细胞在ＴＮＦ－α刺激下对ＥＴ－１释放的影响。观察到ＥＴ－１、ＴＮＦ－α的含量在哮喘组明显高于对照组，同时，ＴＮＦ－α可刺激平滑肌细胞分泌ＥＴ－１。表明ＴＮＦ－α引起的ＥＴ－１释放对气道高反应性的形成和气道重建可能起一定的作用。
n order to investigate the interaction of endothelin-1(ET-1)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) andtheir activity in the pathogenesis of asthma,ET-1 plas-ma and BALF levels were measured, and the amount ofTNF-α released from alveolar macrophage(AM ) wasalso tested.As in vitro the airway smooth muscle cellswere stimulated with TNF-α,the release of ET-1 wasalso observed.The results showed that the amount ofFT-1,TNF-α were both increased than in the controlgroup,at the same time , TNF-α could stimulate smcothmuscle cells to secrete ET-1.We concluded that the re- lease of ET-1 induced by TNF-α might play a certainrole in development of airway hyperresponsiveness andairway remodeling.
