摘要
首先采用共沉淀法制备氢氧化锆前驱体,然后以水或0.5MK2CO3/KOH水溶液作为反应介质,水热制备分散性好的ZrO2(3Y)纳米粉体。并借助XRD,TEM等测试手段,对所制备样品的性能进行了表征。实验结果表明,以0.5MK2CO3/KOH水溶液作为水热介质,在260℃、保温6h的水热条件下可制备出结晶完好、均匀性好、晶粒尺寸为25nm的四方相ZrO2(3Y)纳米粉体。
Zirconium hydrate precursor fabricated by coprecipitation was synthesized into ZrO2(3Y) nanocrystalline powder by hydrothermal process in pure aqueous solution or 0.5MK2CO3/KOH aqueous solution. The nanopowder thus prepared was then characterized by XRD, TEM and etc. Results show: tetragonal ZrO2(3Y) nanopowder of 25nm in particle size with good crystallization and uniformity can be obtained by hydrothermal treatment in 0.5MK2CO3/KOH aqueous solution at 260℃ for 6 hours.
