异物肉芽肿性滑膜炎的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 作者从人工髋关节置换术失败的病例中发现异物肉芽肿的形成仍是手术失败的主要原因之一。假体周围有大量的肉芽组织,关节滑膜增厚。病理观察可见明显的各种慢性炎性细胞浸润和异物肉芽肿的形成。作者用实验方法来观察分析引起这种组织反应的原因。并比较假体各种不同材料碎屑所引起组织反应的差别。用钛合金,高分子聚乙烯及二者混合物粉末置入家兔膝关节内,半年后取材观察各自滑膜的病理反应。从实验证实:钛合金,高分子聚乙烯均可引起组织异物反应。但两者造成滑膜组织反应程度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。 AbstractThe foreign body granuloma is still one of themain failure factors of the hip joint replacements. Thegranulation tissues usually surround the prosthesis.The characteristics of the pathologic examinationshows obvious infiltration of several kinds of the in-flammatory cells i.e. mononuclear histocytes,lympho-cytes, plasma cells and foreign body giant cells,andthe formation of foreign body granuloma.The cause of the tissue reaction were observedunder light microscope and scanning electron micro-scope. The debris of titanium, polyetheylene and theirmixture were placed into the knee joints in differentgroups of rabbits for experimental study. The synovialmembrane specimens were processed and sections weremade for pathologic observation six months later. Theexperimental result confirmed that both debris of tita-nium and polyetheylene could produce synovial tissuereaction. The patholodgic changes were similar betweenthat caused by titanium polyetheylene(P>0.05).
