摘要
作者对122例患者,138个膝关节采用无骨水泥植人的新式低应力人工膝关节进行临床研究及随访观察。并与其他类型的人工膝关节进行了详细的比较。得出结论是:采用此种人工膝关节术后在疼痛改善、关节活度范围、功能、并发症以及人工关节松弛率诸方面明显好于其它类型人工关节。到目前为止是一种设计合理、材料坚固、耐用的一种新型的人工膝关节。
AbstractA metal-backed, interchangeable,meniscal bearing kneereplacement system has been designed to combine low con-straint forces with low contact stresses(LCS) to allow nearlynormal joint articulation and loading as well as long-term wearresistance of the implants. In this prospective comparisonstudy, the early series of cases used methyl methacrylate forprothesis-to-bone fixation , whereas the more recent series ofknee replacements used sintered-bead porous coating to allowtissue ingrowth stabilization of all implants.Overall results in the first 122 cementless cases with 1~3.5-year follow-up(mean 2.4 years)were good to excellent.Pain relief and restoration of function have been very gratify-ing with this system.
