摘要
采用国内先进的智能压力检测显示设备为宝鸡钛业股份有限公司板带厂四辊可逆式冷轧板机研制了智能压力测量系统,解决了该冷轧机压力测量系统老化,控制精度下降(由于最初设计的3%下降到10%左右)无法满足现行生产工艺要求的问题,使轧机的控制精度达到0.5%,并具有自动记录等功能,大幅度提高了板材轧制的成品率及工艺精度,操作容易。
This system focus on resolve the problem of equipment aging, low accuracy of pressure measurement, and deviation from the current production process requirement for Plate & Sheet Plant of Baoji Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. by using the advanced domestic intelligent pressure display equipment. The aim is to improve the roll control accuracy and process technology, increase the yield of finished product, and create a function of automatic record.
