摘要
随着电子商务时代的到来,网上交易与结算的便捷性、迅速性引起了企业管理的革命性变化。在当今开放的市场经济环境下,企业之间的竞争尤为激烈,任何一个企业只有迅速地获取更多有价值的信息并作出及时正确的反应,才能在市场竞争中抢得主动权。从现代财务管理角度出发,企业如何及时、迅速地获得财务信息,并进行适时加工,最终如何快速提供对决策有用的财务信息便成为其研究的首要问题,在这种要求下,“网络财务”就应运而生。“网络财务”在给企业财务管理带来多种便利的同时,各种安全问题也随之而来,企业如果不能采取有效手段解决这些安全问题,“网络财务”的作用将适得其反。
In this E-commercial Age, on-net financial activities characterized by convenience and quickness have brought about revolutionary changes in business management. To get the upper hand and survive the fierce competition, a business must try to obtain more valuable information as soon as possible and make a fast and correct respond in time, which, proceeding from the modern business management, is the most important thing for financial personnel to think about. Thus, there come on-net financial operations, which provide people with convenience but also produce insecurity. If proper and effective measures are not taken, on-net financial operations will have negative impacts on financial affairs.
