摘要
本文针对社会经济系统中普遍存在的各种各样负效应,提出了一种降低负效应使系统最有效发展的'和谐理论'纲要。
This paper puts forward a framework of″ Harmony Theory″ aiming directly at the negative effectiveness widely existing in social-economic systems. This theory can reduce the negative effectiveness andguarantee stable development of systems.
