摘要 钙离子的代谢和跨细胞转运在机体的多种基本生理过程中起重要的作用。TRPV5和TPRV6为新近发现的钙离子跨膜转运的通道蛋白。本文从蛋白结构、组织分布、电生理特性、生理调节等方面阐述TRPV5和TPRV6蛋白的特征及其与骨代谢的关系。
