摘要
电机性能测试过程中经常需要调节被试电机的电压、电流以及改变电流互感器的倍率。对电机的电压、电流、转速等数据进行实时采集,需要采集的数据量大,并且需要快速准确的调节、控制和测量。介绍了一种稳定可行的电机性能自动测试系统;被试电机的电压调节及电流互感器的量程选择采用可编程逻辑控制器。
In the process of motor test, for the motor to be tested it is necessary, to adjust its voltage, current; to change the magnification of motor current transformer, to collect motor data of voltage, current and speed etc. in real time. Aiming at the requirements of adjusting, controlling and measuring quickly and correctly, a stable and feasible test system for induction motor was introduced. Using PLC to select the metrix of the current transformer and regulate the voltage of the tested motor.
