摘要
目的:验证中药骨康方中是否含有类雌二醇样物质和类睾酮样物质,并测定其含量。方法:实验于2002-08/2003-01在广州中医药大学核医学实验室完成。①骨康方由淫羊藿、补骨脂、黄芪、熟地、白芍等药物组成。骨康方高浓度煎剂样品含生药量2.86kg/L,骨康方低浓度煎剂样品含生药量0.72kg/L,自来水样品为普通饮用自来水。②骨康高浓度煎剂样品、骨康低浓度煎剂样品和自来水样品中类雌二醇样物质、类睾酮样物质的含量采用采用放射免疫法测定。样品的组间计量资料差异性比较采用方差分析,两两比较采用q检验。结果:骨康高浓度煎剂样品和骨康低浓度煎剂样品中均含有类雌二醇样物质和类睾酮样物质,且骨康高浓度煎剂样品中均明显高于骨康低浓度煎剂样品和自来水样品[类雌二醇样物质:(10.82±0.43),(2.65±0.09),(0.018±0.002)nmol/L;类睾酮样物质:(13.31±0.45),(1.56±0.09),(0.009±0.001)nmol/L;P<0.01],骨康低浓度煎剂样品明显高于自来水样品(P<0.01)。结论:中药骨康方中含有类雌二醇样物质和类睾酮样物质,且骨康高浓度煎剂样品中的含量明显高于骨康低浓度煎剂样品。
AIM: To investigate whether there are estradiol-like and testosteronelike substances in Gukang fang, and determine the contents. METHODS: The experiment was carried out in the laboratory of nuclear medicine, Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between August 2002 and January 2003. ① Gukang fang was composed by Korean epimedium herb, malytea scurfpea fruit, membranous milkvetch root, prepared rehmannia root, white peony root, etc. The decoction samples of Gukang fang of high and low concentrations contained crude drug of 2.86 and 0.72 kg/L respectively, and the tap-water sample was the common tap-water for drinking. ② The contents of estradiol-like and testosterone-like substances in the decoction samples of Gukang fang of high and low concentrations and tap-water sample were detected with radioimmunoassay. The difference of intragroup measured data was compared with the analysis of variance, the comparison between every two samples was analyzed with the q test. RESULTS: There were estradiol-like and testosterone-like substances in the decoction samples of Gukang fang of high and low concentrations, and the contents were obviously higher in the decoction sample of Gukang fang of high concentration than in the decoction sample of Gukang fang of low concentration and tap-water sample [estradiol-like substance: (10.82±0.43), (2.65±0.09), (0.018±0.002) nmol/L; testosterone-like substance: (13.31±0.45), (1.56±0.09), (0.009±0.001) nmol/L; P < 0.01], also obviously higher in the decoction sample of Gukang fang of low concentration than in the tap-water sample (P < 0.01). CONCLUSION: There are estradiol-like and testosterone-like substances in the Chinese herb of Gukang fang, and the contents are obviously higher in the decoction sample of Gukang fang of high concentration than in that of low concentration.
