摘要
目的:研究低能量He-Ne激光血管内照射对家兔急性脊髓损伤后脊髓组织总NOS、iNOS和ET-1的变化,探讨He-Ne激光血管内照射对脊髓细胞的保护作用的机理。方法:72只新西兰大白兔随机分为治疗组、损伤组和对照组,每组24只。治疗组和损伤组分别用Allen's法造成家兔T13水平急性脊髓损伤。其中治疗组通过耳缘静脉进行低能量He-Ne激光血管内照射,激光波长632nm,功率5mW的,每天1小时,连续10天。疗程结束后取损伤部位脊髓以免疫组化方法检测总NOS、iNOS表达量,放射免疫法检测ET-1表达量。结果:损伤组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组脊髓组织总NOS、iNOS和ET-1的表达明显少于损伤组(P<0.05)。结论:低能量He-Ne激光血管内照射治疗可以降低急性脊髓损伤后脊髓组织总NOS、iNOS和ET-1的量,说明He-Ne激光能够减轻损伤对神经细胞的损害,减轻神经功能丧失。
Objective: To research the influence of intravascular low level Laser irradiation (ILLLI) on total NOS, iNOS, and ET-1 in spinal cord, and discuss the protective effects of ILLLI on neurocytes. Methods: 72 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups: treatment group, injury group and control group. In treatment group and injury group, after laminectomy at the level of T-13,acute spinal cord injury (ASCI) was performed by using Allen's method (6g×10cm) on rabbits. After injury, rabbits were treated immediately with He-Ne laser (power 5 mW, 1 hour per day for 10 days). At the day of 10th after treatment, total-NOS, iNOS, and ET-1 in spinal cord tissues were measured. Results: The expression level of total-NOS, iNOS, and ET-1 in spinal cord of treatment group were significantly lower than those of injury group (P<0.05), while the level of these index of injury group were higher than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: ILLLI can significantly decrease the expression level of total-NOS, iNOS, andET-1 in spinal cord. Thus ILLLI can perform protective effects on neurocytes in the course of sequence spinal cord injury (SSCI) after ASCI.
