摘要
目的:探讨Ho:YAG激光在治疗皮肤科疾病中的应用及其优越性.方法:采用 Ho:YAG激光以热凝固效应或气化消融效应治疗1640例皮肤科疾病.峰值能量0.5~1.0J/脉冲,脉冲频率5~15Hz,平均功率2.5~15W.结果:1640例皮肤科疾病均一次治愈.蜘蛛痣、血管角皮瘤、睑黄瘤愈后不留疤痕;尖锐湿疣术后复发或再生者可重复给予治疗,患者术后无疤痕形成、尿道口狭窄等并发症出现;化脓性肉芽肿愈后疤痕无或极小;疣状痣、皮脂腺痣、脂溢性角化、睑缘、鼻腔和外耳道丝状疣、寻常疣、皮赘愈后不留疤痕或留浅疤.结论:采用Ho:YAG激光治疗某些皮肤科疾病,操作简便,定位准确,止血效果好,对周围组织损伤轻微,创面愈合快.比目前常用于皮肤科疾病治疗的CO2激光或Nd:YAG激光疗效更佳.
Objective: To observe the effect and advantage of Ho:YAG laser in treatment of disease of dermatology. Methods: 1640 cases of patients suffering from disease of dermatology were treated by Ho:YAG laser, which energy per pulse was 0.5~1.0J, pulse frequency 5~15Hz, average power 2.5~15W. Results: All the patients were cured for one time. No scar was observed among patients suffering from spider nevus、angiokeratoma and xanthelasma. No scar or stricture on the peristome of urethra for condyloma acuminata. Slight scar for the remain. Conclusion: The technique of treatment of some disease of dermatology with Ho:YAG laser is an effect and safe therapeutics with the characteristic of excellent homeostasis, improved visualization, minimal thermal damage to surrounding tissue, shorter period of recovery and easy to operate. The total effect of Ho:YAG laser is better than CO_2 laser and Nd:YAG laser.
