摘要
网络经济的一个最明显的特征就是直接性,即为生产方和销售方提供直接沟通和交易的机会,这对以沟通买卖双方信息为生存基础的传统房地产中介服务业带来了巨大的挑战。随着越来越多的门户网站和房地产专业网站涌进中介服务市场,网络与中介服务的大规模结合将使房地产中介服务主体和房地产中介业务的发展趋势深受影响。
An apparent feature of the net economy is its directness, i.e. both the producer and the seller provide with the opportunities of direct communication and transactions, which greatly challenges the traditional real estate intermediary service based on bilateral buying and selling information. With the emergence of more and more net sites and real estate professional net sites, the combination of net and intermediary services will greatly affect the development of the real estate intermediary service.
