摘要
用中西药和针刺综合疗法治疗视神经炎２５例３４只眼，中医用清肝泻火、疏肝解郁和滋阴降火法，各型配合活血化瘀药。急性期辅以激素及抗生素，并加针刺治疗。还比较了２６只眼治疗前后视野及１４例单眼患者治疗前后闪光ＶＥＰ的改变。本组平均治疗天数２６天，治愈率为７９％。认为中西医结合治疗视神经炎在缩短病程、提高疗效和减少后遗症方面有明显优势。
Twenty five patients(34 eyes)with optic neuritis were treated by integratied TCMand western medicine,including acupuncture.We used the method of clearing away liver──fire,dispersing the depressed liver-energy and nourishing yin and to lowering the evil fire. The drugs ofpromoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis were used.For acute cases.antibiotics,hormone and acupuncture were added The pre and after measurements of the vision fields of26eyes and F-VEP aIteration in 14 monocular patients confirmed the effects of the treatment.The re-sulting curative rate is up to 79 pereent The average treating period is 26 days.The method can al-so obviously reduce sequelae.
