摘要
在我国改革开放和经济全球化背景下,区域经济的地位得到提升,新的区域经济及其竞争发展的势头强劲。“高地”、“洼地”、“极地”与“园区经济”,是区域经济竞争发展要积极探索的途径和形式,对甘肃经济发展有着重要启示。
Regional economy has gained tremendous esteem in the context of China's economic reform and globalization, and the economy in extreme regions such as highlands, bog lands, polar areas, and garden areas is an activator in stimulating the development of the economy of Gansu Province.
