摘要
选择1015月龄的皮黄F1代和青海黄牛各3头进行3个月的育肥,对产肉性能进行测定,结果表明:皮黄F1代与本地黄牛日增重差异极显著(P<0.01),体高、胸围与本地黄牛差异显著(P<0.05),体斜长差异不显著。屠宰率、净肉率、肉骨比相对提高6%、7%、5.5%。
Three crossbreds of Piedmontese and yellow cattle and 3 Qinghai yellow cattle at the age of 10 to 15 month -old were selected to conduct the fattening trial. The study of the meat performance showed that the average body weight gain, height and heart girth of crossbreds of Piedmontese were greater (P< 0.05) than that of yellow cattle, body length was similar between two groups; the dressing percentage, meat percentage and meat bone ratio of crossbreds were 6%, 7% and 5.5% more than that of yellow cattle.
