摘要
目的研究六神丸对H22肝癌的抗肿瘤及增效减毒的作用。方法通过给荷瘤鼠灌服六神丸及对照药物,观察其对H22肝癌细胞移植实体瘤的抑瘤率和外周血白细胞及血小板的变化。结果六神丸组抑瘤作用优于对照组(P<0.05),与顺铂(DDP)组无显著性差异(P>0.05),六神丸+DDP组优于DDP组(P<0.05)。六神丸组保护白细胞、血小板的作用优于其它组(P<0.05),六神丸+DDP组优于DDP组及对照组(P<0.05)。结论六神丸有较好的抑瘤作用且有增效减毒的功效。
Objective To study the effect of LiuShen Pill for treating liver tumor in efficacy and attenuation. Methods The shouldering tumor mouse were persued LiuShen Pill and control drugs,rate of restraining tumor to H22 cancer of liver cellular transplantion solid tumor and the changes of leukocyte in peripheral blood were observed.Results The effect of of LiuShen Pill on restraining tumor was better than that of controldrug, but there was no significant difference comparing with that of DDP,and that of LiuShen Pill plus DDP was better than DDP.The effect of LiuShen Pill on protecting leukocyte was superior to controldrug,DDP and LiuShen Pill plus DDP,and that of LiuShen Pill plus DDP was better than DDP and controldrug. Conclusion The Pills have good effects in restraining tumor and increasing efficacy and attenuation.
