摘要
目的研究CT模拟定位中窗宽窗位对勾画靶区的影响。方法对17例肺癌患者的癌瘤进行扫描后,分别用不同的窗宽窗位勾画靶区,然后再对在不同窗宽窗位勾画靶区后形成的靶区体积进行比较。同时用人体等密度材料做成一定体积的小球体进行扫描后,分别用不同的窗宽窗位勾画小球,以评估所勾画的小球体积与实际小球体积的变化情况。结果不同的窗宽窗位所勾画形成的靶区体积发生明显变化。结论在CT模拟定位中窗宽窗位变化对勾画靶区有很大的影响,所以一定要调整窗宽窗位到最佳状态,以便正确勾画靶区。
ObjectiveTo find out the influence by window level and window wide in drawing the outline of target volume.MethodsTo scan the lung cancer and the wax ball, then draw the outline of target with different window wide or different window level conditions. Calculate drawing volumes and evaluate whether they were equal.Results(The target) volumes had different volumes with different window level and wide conditions.ConclusionFor drawing and outlining the real target volume, adjustment of CT window by level and window wide is mandatory.
