摘要
我国西部农村经济发展的关键在于农业科技。改革开放以来,西部农村科技体制有了较大的发展,但仍存在着科研机构条块分割、农业科技投入机制不完善以及运行机制不畅等弊端,需要进一步在农业科技组织机构、投入机制以及科研机构内部运行机制等方面进行改革,以实现农业科技与经济的有机融合。
The key to western rural economy development of our country lies in agricultural science and technology. Since reform and open door policy,the rural system in the west has got greater development,but still drawback of barrier between different departments of scientific research,agricultural mechanism of input in science and technology are not smooth etc.,need further carry on the reform in agricultural science and technology organization,invest mechanism and scientific research in-house operating mechanism,in order to realize the organic integration of the agricultural science and technology and economy.
