摘要
黑格尔的广义宪政思想主要来自亚里士多德的宪政法治理论,并以批判和鉴赏的方式采用和改造了亚里士多德的观点。因此,黑格尔的广义宪政思想有着诸多积极、合理的因素,特别是蕴含在其中的人民性、民族性、阶段性思想,对当前我国构建宪政法治社会有着重要的现实意义。
Hegel’s constitutional thinking in broad sense mainly comes from Aristotle’s constitutional theory,while adopting and improving his theory critically and appreciately. Hegel’s constitutional thinking in broad sense includes many positive and reasonable factors,especially the nature of people,nationality and periods,which are of great realistic value to construct modern constitutional legal society.
