摘要
用欧洲榛子基部萌发的1年生萌条进行埋条繁殖的试验表明,NAA250mg/L埋条有促进生根的作用,平均每株发根达20.4条,且质量较好,根长度在10～30cm之间的根占总发根数的70%以上.使用IBA250mg/L也能达到很好的效果,平均每株发根数21.2条,但质量较差,根长度在10cm以下的根占发根总数的50%以上,在栽培条件较好的情况下也可以采用.
Propagation experiments of one-year-old sprouts of Corylus avellana by layering are preformed at Kunming Arboretum.The sprouts treated by NAA?250?mg/L can promote taking roots effectively,and the mean numbers of roots per the sprout is 20.4,and the roots whose the mean length arranging from 10?cm to 30?cm,is over 70% of total roots and they are high quality roots.The sprouts treated by IBA?250?mg/L can also promote taking roots effectively,and the mean number of roots per the sprout is 21.2,but the quality of the roots isn't so good,and the roots whose mean length is below 10?cm,occupies over 50% of total roots.
