抵抗素的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 抵抗素是一种脂肪组织特异性激素。它具有抑制脂肪生成及促进内皮细胞活化等功能。某些位点的抵抗素基因多态性与糖尿病、高血压等疾病相关。但抵抗素与胰岛素抵抗、疾病间关系等问题上,目前尚有争议,有待进一步深入研究。
