摘要
科层领导模式是现代大学管理的一个显著标志,但现代大学一旦陷入韦伯所谓的科层制“牢笼”,便不可避免地产生意义失落与自由失落的存在危机。现代大学科层领导模式内在的致命缺陷,在于它根据工具理性的原则排斥正向的道德价值的介入,这是科层领导模式的病根。20世纪90年代道德领导理论的兴起,为我们展示了变革现代大学科层领导模式的新的思想地平线,对当下我国大学“以德治校”的实践具有重要的方法论意义。
Hierarchical Leadership Mode is the obvious symbol of modern university management. However, once the modern university is hidden in hierarchical prison Weher named, it will lead to existence crisis such as meaning loss and freedom loss. Through analyzing hierarchical leadership mode in modern university, it is found that the inner fatal short coming lies in anti-influx of positive moral value by instrumental reason. This is the root of hierarchical leadership mode and also the direction of reforming it in modern university. The rise of moral leadership theory in the 1990s presents us a thinking horizon, which is of great significance of methodology on governing university with morality currently.
