摘要
目的分析肾结核的X线、B超及CT表现,评价它们对肾结核的诊断价值。方法回顾分析60例肾结核,全部病例做了KUB+IVP及B超检查,57例做CT扫描。结果各影像手段不同程度显示了肾结核的形态改变或肾功能,KUB+IVP诊断正确率50%,B超诊断正确率51.7%,CT诊断正确率94.7%。结论B超与X线检查各有优缺点,两者宜相互补充,CT的影像学价值更胜一筹。
Objective To evaluate the imaging features and the diagnostic value of conventional radiography,sonography and CT in renal tuberculosis.Methods Imaging findings in 60 patients with proven renal tuberculosis were retrospectively analyzed.Results All kinds of imaging techniques showed morphologic in formation and functional status in varying degrees.The accuracy of diagnosis in radiography,sonography and CT were respectively 50%,51.7%,and 94.7%.Conclusion Sonography in combination with conventional radiography should be the initial imaging modalities for renal tuberculosis supple mented if necessary by CT,but is superior to radiography and sonography.
