摘要
报道了一种微小型组合锁原理样机的研制情况和结果。介绍了原理样机的系统结构设计、专用微小型电磁电机的设计与开发、UV-LIGA微细加工零件、控制电路、样机装配等内容。研制的原理样机外形尺寸小于15mm×20mm×25mm,功能满足设计要求,证明了装置系统设计的可行性,验证了微电机、微机械加工在组合锁装置微小型化中的应用价值。
Development details and results of a milli-scale combination lock were reported, including the system scheme, research and development of a specific micro electromagnetic motor, mechanical parts fabricated with UV-LIGA process, control circuit, and assembly process of the prototype device. The prototype's outline size is less than 15 mm × 20 mm × 25 mm, and the function is properly as designs. It is proved that micro-motor and micromachining technologies are very useful in miniaturization of such devices.
