摘要
目的探讨显微内镜在脊髓型颈椎病前路手术的应用。方法对14例脊髓型颈椎病患者采用颈前路显微内镜下颈椎间盘摘除,同时行椎间植骨。结果14例手术均获成功,术后改善率为86.2%,术中损伤小,出血少,无术中和术后并发症。结论该术式具有操作简便、损伤小、副作用少的优点,在实施脊髓型颈椎病手术治疗中安全可行,是传统手术的微创化。
[Objective] To investigate the application of microendoscopic discectomy in treating cervical spondylitic myelopathy [CSM]. [Methods] 14 cases of CSM via microendoscopic discectomy were performed operation and reconstruction between intecvertebral fusion. [Results] All of the operations of the 14 cases were successful: the recovery rate was 86.2 percent. After operation there was little damage and fewer blood lose, also, it had no complications during or after operation. [Conclusions] This operation has many merits, such as little damage, no side effect, performing it safely and practicably. It is minimal invasiveness of traditonal operation.
