摘要 深入调查了沈阳地区的航空工业现状,通过分析比较比国内外的发展状况得出本地区应当加强信息资源的共建共享。通过设定预研、设计、工艺、制造、装配、维护、维修、管理的资源权重系数向量W,影响矩阵E1、E2,定性分析现有单位实现资源共享和科技协作后的科技资源S和核心竞争力K,从影响矩阵可以看出实现资源共享和科技协作后,科技资源S和核心竞争力K显著提升。院校、企业、研究所之间应当密切合作,彼此相互支持,发挥各自的强势项目,优化组合,形成一个集技术储备、科研、生产、人才储备于一体的大型联合体。 Through the actuality survey on aviation industry in Shenyang region , analyzing and comparing with the international aviation industry developing status, this article put forwards the conclusion that the joint construction and co-share of information resource should be enhanced and it is mutual benefit . The matrix E1 and E2 are affected by the resources’ coefficient vector W including 8 technical factors as pre-study ability, design, techniques, manufacture, assembly, maintenance and management. Qualitative analysis with resource share status , science and technology cooperation, we find that the science and technology resource S and core competition capability K has been improved greatly. The clasp between university, enterprises and research institutes, will promote and support each other. To play the individual outstanding abilities most, by optimizing and jointing, one big unity will be established which will be technology reservoir in enterprises, research base in institutes, innovation engine and human resource in university.
