摘要
高校毕业生就业问题是当前高校和社会日益关注的热点问题。本文撷取高师院校这一特定层面,对其毕业生面临的就业形势进行论证和分析,在此基础上理性地提出加强和改进毕业生就业工作的若干对策。
<Abstrcat>The employment of graduates in Higher Insstitutions of Teaching is a lot problem, to which, at present, Higher Insstitutions and whole society pay more and more attentiong. This article chooses Higher Insstitutions of Teaching as the special study field,discusses and analyses the employment situation which gradates will face. On such baiss, I will present some solutions to imforce and improve graduates employment service.
