摘要
移动智能网与移动互联网的互通与结合可以使移动智能网提供丰富的语音/数据综合业务,同时也解决了预付费业务用户无法使用移动互联网的问题。综述了移动智能网与移动互联网互通的研究成果,在此基础上提出了一个完整的互通体系结构,详细介绍了新的业务属性和业务,并分析了基于移动互联网的业务管理和业务控制的计费策略。
The interworking and integration of Mobile Intelligent Network(MIN) and mobile Internet will enable MIN to provide various data/voice convergence services;also it will solve the problem that prepaid subscribers cannot use mobile Internet.Research works in this field is summarized,based on which,an integrated architecture of the interworking between MIN and mobile Internet is proposed;new service capabilities and services are discussed in detail;the charging strategy for the mobile Internet based service management and service control is analyzed.
