摘要
以补肾和清肺平喘药组成的宁喘冲剂在缓解期治疗哮喘,预防哮喘发作的显效率为45.2％,安慰剂对照组为4.8％;在发作期治疗哮喘,缓解哮喘发作的显效率为61.1％,西药对照组的显效率为50％,两组相比p>0.05,但中药组每天平均眼平喘药片1.25片,而西药对照组为4.26片(p<0.01)。宁喘冲剂还可明显减少皮质激素用量。
Using the Ningchuai Granule consisting of herbs of norishing kidney, removing lung-fire and relieving Asthma to prevent and treat Asthma in the remission stage, we found that: the effective rate was 45. 2%, and that of placebo group was 4. 8%: the relieving rate in stage of attack was 61. 1% 9 and that of the control group of western medicine was 50%. The two groups were compared with each other, p>0. 005, on the average, 1. 25 tablets of antiasthmatic were taken daily in the Chinese medicine group, and 4.25 tablets were taken in the control group of western medicine. Ningchuai Granule might decrease the dosage of endothelial hormone obviously.
